  • Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate tracking of sales opportunities and pipeline data in the CRM tool, guaranteeing up-to-date information at all times.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to maintain a unified view of sales opportunities and ensure all relevant data is correctly reflected in the CRM.

  • Prepare weekly sales reports for management, highlighting key pipeline progress and updates.

  • Support the development of high-quality sales materials, including presentations and value proposition explanations, in line with the Sales Manager’s strategy.

  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth contract preparation, providing agility to the sales process.

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and drive the implementation of sales operations initiatives to streamline processes.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the sales process, maintaining high standards of organization and quality control.

  • Participate in a development plan aimed at growing skills in different areas of the sales organization, with opportunities for increased responsibilities over time.

  • Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain organized and accurate sales records.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in producing high-quality materials, such as presentations and written content.

  • Experience managing or supporting sales processes, including proposal preparation and sales reporting.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth contract and sales operations.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to grow within the sales organization.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
