Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role is pivotal in generating key business insights, crafting compelling narratives, and fostering strong relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Commercial Leadership Team to drive sales performance and operational excellence. Key tasks include:
• Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement
• Leveraging data-driven insights to develop and refine tools, reports, and dashboards that deliver critical metrics and improve operational efficiency
• Regularly assessing and optimizing sales processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals
• Creating and delivering sales reports and insights to various stakeholders, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership
Requirements
This role requires a proven track record in a customer-facing role, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is also required.
