About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Arjo. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and exceed customer needs by offering tailored solutions that impact health and financial outcomes.
• Provide sales expertise and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify future opportunities for growth and effectively use CRM systems to plan and follow up on business leads.
• Adapt styles and approaches to negotiate effective solutions that meet client needs.
• Prove yourself as a credible company representative through decisive and confident actions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing sales in a B2B environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Post-secondary education degree – BA or Diploma.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, with the ability to analyze key financial information.
• Experience with CRM systems and a valid driver's license.
