About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth and market penetration in the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacy.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the IVD/hospital sales field or laboratory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Fluent Spanish language skills, with excellent oral and written comprehension of English.
