Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and subsidiaries to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
Order and Delivery Management
  • Review and unblock orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage delivery issues and delays, working closely with logistics teams to resolve any problems.
Transport and Logistics
  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
Invoice and Credit Management
  • Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage credit and debit notes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Claims and Customer Service
  • Receive and analyze customer claims, working closely with commercial teams to resolve any issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns.
Analysis and Reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
