Senior SAP Practice Lead for Spanish Market Expansion

At Atos Se, we are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the growth of our SAP practice in Spain. As a Senior SAP Practice Lead, you will be responsible for leading our SAP team, developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our market position, overseeing delivery and pre-sales teams, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the SAP team to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our SAP practice in Spain, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Oversee the delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage competency development and growth within the SAP practice, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and SAP project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions and products.
  • Experience in managing SAP teams/units within a consulting environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities. Located in Madrid, this role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance work and personal life.
