About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers within our customer's organization. You will also assist in creating opportunities to progress meetings, fact-finding, and exploratory meetings to build customer accounts.
You will understand and report customer business issues through appropriate channels. Recommend products, services, and insights that meet customer needs. Acquire a good understanding of how our department operates and fits into the larger organization. Demonstrate awareness of policies, practices, trends, and information that impact the organization and its customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
