Global Product Technical Support Specialist Agronomist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomist to join our Global Technical Support Knowledge Management (GTSKM) Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and distributors on our products, while also assisting in conducting training sessions for internal Regional teams and external clients on product characteristics and use.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors on our products
- Assist in conducting training sessions for internal Regional teams and external clients on product characteristics and use
- Help document, and manage, product information in our Knowledge Management system
- Collaborate with Global Marketing to create clear and concise product information
- Address technical and agronomic inquiries promptly
