Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global technical support organization, you will provide expert technical assistance to our regional service teams, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to regional service teams, resolving complex technical issues and providing guidance on diagnostic and test procedures.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and software validation procedures.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with field service engineers, applications teams, and other global technical support groups.
  • Collaborate with product quality teams to identify and implement improvements to systems and subsystems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in high-tech industry or laboratory, with a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English, with other language skills an asset.
