About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Qlik. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing expert technical support and solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Qlik's products, including Talend, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems, using your expertise in JAVA, Linux, databases, ETL, and big data to deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases and leverage technical expertise to deliver effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by sharing best practices and staying informed about new technologies.
  • Participate in technical communications within the team and contribute to the Qlik and Talend communities.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technical support, with expertise in JAVA, Linux, databases, ETL, and big data.
  • Strong knowledge of system diagnostics, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to analyze system, network, and application log files, as well as system performance metrics for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Cloudera Big Data ecosystem and ETL processes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computing or equivalent.
