About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Qlik. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing expert technical support and solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Qlik's products and services.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online support platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support customer success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as JAVA, Linux, databases, ETL, big data, and system diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
