Job Title: Global Product Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Product Technical Support Expert to join our team at Rovensa. As a key member of our Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management Department, you will play a critical role in providing technical guidance and support to our customers, sales teams, and distributors.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver service, product knowledge, and training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our portfolio solutions in agronomic programs. You will work closely with our regional teams, sales reps, and downstream clients to assist them in effectively using our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors
  • Conduct training sessions to highlight product benefits and their incorporation into nutritional and crop protection agronomic programs
  • Ensure thorough documentation and content management in the Knowledge Management system
  • Support content generation, such as presentations, by collaborating with Global Marketing and other stakeholders
  • Address product technical and agronomic crop inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at the global level, including Strategic Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain
  • Demonstrable experience in areas such as crop protection, crop management, field agronomy, plant physiology, soil sciences, nutrient and irrigation planning, pest control, or other relevant disciplines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Direct hands-on field experience in using or recommending agricultural products for crop nutrition management or crop protection
  • Resilience, adaptability, empathy, flexibility, proactivity, and an open-minded approach
