Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Document and troubleshoot complex issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service
  • Stay up-to-date with product releases and updates, ensuring seamless support delivery
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with a strong background in Revit and Navisworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
