Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, uncapped commissions, and exceptional benefits. About the Role

This hybrid role combines contract value retention and growth through contract expansion, product introduction, and engagement management. As a strategic partner, you'll work closely with C-level executives across mid-sized enterprise businesses in assigned territories. Your primary objectives include managing existing client research contracts, building long-lasting relationships, and signing new logos for Gartner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and retain existing Gartner client research contracts, focusing on upselling and renewals.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to acquire new logos and expand existing relationships.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and conversations with C-level executives to uncover explicit needs and value.
  • Possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and challenger sales skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.1-8 years of professional experience in a targeted sales environment, demonstrating prior success.Fluency in English and German, French, or Greek.Proven intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.Prior experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting, or professional services solutions is highly preferred.Demonstrable ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives.
