Key Responsibilities:

As a highly motivated Smb Account Manager, you will oversee our independent landlord network and support the expansion of new APMs. Key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting progress to the Head of Account Management will be essential to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaborating closely with Customer Support, Deployment, Legal, and Finance teams will be necessary to streamline processes and improve the management of independent partner queries.

Requirements:

Proven experience in building and developing client relationships, especially with SMBs, is a must. A results-driven mindset with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges is also essential. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, as well as effective communication skills, will be necessary to communicate the value proposition to key stakeholders. A natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment and has excellent communication skills is required. Agile and responsive with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple opportunities while driving execution is also necessary. Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a constant drive to improve efficiencies will be essential. Growth mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong appetite for learning and personal development are also required. Exceptional attention to detail to identify data inconsistencies and gaps, and the ability to rectify them, is also a must. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is a strong advantage.
