About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our People & Culture team as a Key Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full-cycle of recruitment processes across the company, from sourcing to hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify, plan, and address recruitment needs by translating requirements into effective and actionable hiring strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing Recruitment Processes: Develop and implement efficient recruitment processes to attract top talent, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Hiring Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to define and execute effective hiring strategies, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize the hiring process, reducing time-to-hire and increasing quality of hires.

As a Key Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Operations Manager to develop a data-driven approach to talent acquisition, leveraging analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve candidate experience.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
