Buscamos un Brand Partnership Key Account que se sume al dpto. de Brand Partnership en nuestra oficina ubicada en Valencia. Será responsable de coordinar y gestionar la relación diaria con nuestros Brand Partners existentes, coordinando internamente todos los acuerdos, comprobando la correcta activación de los activos acordados, así como la implementación durante el festival, y asegurando que se cumplan todas las obligaciones contractuales.

Responsabilidades
  • Desarrollar estrategias de asociación y planes de activación, con la gestión (cuenta múltiple) del ciclo completo de ventas: presentación, presupuestación, planificación, cierre de acuerdos, redacción de contratos y cartas de acuerdo, firma y preparación de informes finales.
  • Coordinar y gestionar el contacto diario con los socios, garantizando el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones contractuales.
  • Activar, implementar, gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de los planes de campaña del acuerdo establecido con cada Socio.
  • Apoiar al Director Estratégico en la identificación de oportunidades de venta creadas.
  • Gestión y ampliación de la cartera de socios y patrocinadores de The Music Republic, generando tanto ingresos como nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Identificación de nuevos socios potenciales para The Music Republic.
  • Desarrollar conceptos, estrategias y modelos participativos que añadan valor a las colaboraciones entre marcas y el festival The Music Republic. Se prestará especial atención a la relevancia cultural, la transformación digital y la sostenibilidad a la hora de desarrollar estos conceptos.
  • Presentar KPIs a los socios antes y después de los festivales.
  • Gestión y activación de eventos.
  • Coordinación con otros departamentos de la organización para asegurar el cumplimiento de dichas obligaciones, incluyendo contenidos, comunicación, prensa y producción.
Requisitos
  • Mínimo 3-4 años de experiência demostrada en la gestión de acuerdos de patrocinio y asociación.
  • Se valorará la experiência trabajando en ventas para una organización de eventos, preferiblemente en los campos de la tecnología, la música o el diseño, aunque no es obligatoria.
  • Licenciado en empresariales o marketing.
  • Dominio del español y del inglés, tanto escrito como oral.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y compromiso para ofrecer un servicio excepcional a nuestros Socios, y la capacidad de construir relaciones y confianza con ellos a todos los niveles, tanto interna como externamente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples clientes y proyectos al mismo tiempo, manteniendo un alto nivel de trabajo con la capacidad de priorizar en un entorno muy exigente.
  • Capacidad para elaborar presupuestos, presentaciones y presentaciones.
  • Pasión por el análisis, el seguimiento y la medición del éxito para la elaboración de informes.
  • Extremadamente bien organizado, con capacidad para realizar varias tareas a la vez y trabajar con plazos muy ajustados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, mantener la calma y mostrar una actitud positiva bajo presión.
  • Familiarizado con el uso de Microsoft Office y paquetes de Google (uso diario).
  • Ser creativo, proactivo y orientado a la búsqueda de soluciones (pensar siempre un paso por delante).
  • Perfil curioso y en sintonía con las tendencias del mercado.
