Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our sales team in achieving outstanding results. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders
  • Identify training needs and implement coaching programs to enhance team capabilities
  • Establish and enforce policies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
