Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Director for Operations to oversee the management of our IT landscape across manufacturing sites and Global Distribution networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems to support business goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior IT and business leadership to develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations and standards, including data security and privacy requirements.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective IT solutions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in IT management, with at least 10 years in a senior role overseeing supply chain and factory IT systems.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in ERP, MES, WMS, OT Integration, and other relevant IT systems.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
