Account Manager - German Language

Our client, a leading toy and game manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join their expanding team in Barcelona. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Valid driver's license and car
  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
