Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive community strategy to drive engagement and expand our ecosystem presence in the Spanish market.
  • Create and nurture a community targeting micro and small businesses through targeted events, communications, and networking opportunities.
  • Establish Qonto as a key player in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and creating valuable community touchpoints.

What You Can Expect: As a Community and Ecosystem Manager at Qonto, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Spanish marketing department. You will work in a hybrid model based in Barcelona, providing flexibility to manage and execute your responsibilities effectively. You will collaborate with a supportive team led by Cristina Gomez, who values strategic guidance and thorough evaluation.

About Your Future Manager: Cristina Gomez is an experienced marketing professional with a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from ISEB and a background in event management. She leads our Events and Marketing Projects area, bringing expertise in event production and marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management and partnerships, with a track record of building and nurturing professional networks.
  • Strong project management skills to effectively plan and execute community events and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to engage with community members and stakeholders.

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package including meal vouchers, public transportation reimbursement, health insurance, and employee well-being initiatives.
