The Role: Team Lead Marketing/Project Manager

As our Strategic Marketing Director, you will oversee the execution of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion. You will lead a marketing team, motivating members to deliver exceptional performance and collaborating with various departments to ensure project alignment with set goals.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily online marketing activities, aligning them with our overarching strategy. Using your expertise in marketing principles and strategies, you will continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities.

To achieve this, you will work closely with data to inform decisions and analyze results. Your ability to make data-driven decisions will be essential in driving business growth.

Ideal Profile
  • Experience in project management, preferably in a marketing environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex information
