Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Director to lead our central Commercial Team for cluster SOUEUR, covering Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The successful candidate will manage Corporate Accounts, Pricing, and Offers, Tenders & Contracts, ensuring seamless collaboration with our Business Unit Directors and functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • C corporate Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive successful deal negotiations.
  • Pricing Strategy: Establish consistent pricing frameworks, develop commercial scenarios, and ensure adherence to approval processes.
  • Offers, Tenders & Contracts: Monitor public tender platforms, lead tender teams, and deliver offer packages according to timelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Commercial, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial, and Marketing in the medical devices industry, with a national and international focus
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese healthcare markets
  • Experience in building strong relationships with external decision-makers and developing successful negotiation strategies
