Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a multi-touch engagement approach, including cold calls, email outreach, and participation in industry events.

Sales Pipeline Management

Manage a sales pipeline consisting of leads generated from both inbound and outbound channels, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure.

Needs Assessment and Solution Development

Conduct thorough needs assessments to gain a deep understanding of each prospect's business challenges and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to fulfill their objectives.

Relationship Building and Account Management

Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert.

Market Trend Analysis and Industry Expertise

Stay ahead of market trends and positioning yourself as a go-to resource for clients seeking insights and guidance.

Deal Negotiation and Closure

Drive negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets, leveraging your expertise and persuasive skills to secure profitable business agreements.

Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
