Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team at our HQ in Almere, Flevoland. This role will involve establishing new relationships and cultivating existing ones with large and medium-sized prospects in the DACH regions on behalf of our client.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or related field is a plus but not mandatory
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a C1/C2 level of German and business fluent English
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Able to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends
Responsibilities
  1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  2. Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  4. Cultivate existing relationships and identify new business opportunities
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a monthly sales bonus, 26 paid holidays per year, 8% holiday pay allowance, and a defined contribution company pension plan.
