Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated dental technician to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person communication
  • Offering guidance and support on product installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Addressing client queries regarding system functionality and identifying hardware, software, and operational issues
  • Providing updates, status, and completion information to the team and customers
  • Recording all pertinent information received on product problems and complaints

You will be working closely with our team to ensure seamless support and exceptional customer experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for dental technology, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • English language proficiency
  • 2-3 years of experience using CAD CAM tools such as CAD software and 3D printers
  • In-depth knowledge of implants, implant components, and implant libraries
  • Proficiency in informatics and computer programming
  • Ability to work in high-stress situations and be proactive
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies in clinics and laboratories
Benefits
