About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager Media Iberia to join our team at Mattel. As a key member of our Iberia Marketing Team, you will be responsible for driving the Iberia digital media agenda and activations to deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead integrated media planning and coordination with agencies and internal teams
  • Collaborate with Category and Regional Digital teams to share expertise and identify synergies
  • Manage and optimize digital media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple deliverables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
