As an Account Manager in our Malaga team, you will be part of our group of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech.

Your role will involve driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies and drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to fulfill small and medium-sized businesses' needs for our client's leading cloud technologies.

You will also be responsible for maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.

Collecting feedback from customers and articulating it back to the business is also a key part of this role.

We're looking for someone who is bilingual or proficient in Swedish plus fluent in English, with 1-2 years' experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc. is also required.

It would be a plus if you have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions, and Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or BizApps.
