Customer Experience Advisor

Domestic & General Service GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advisor to join their team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets in France.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of French culture and be able to communicate effectively with customers in their native language. They should also be familiar with using an outbound dialler and have a solid grasp of up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €35,000 per year, along with attractive incentives based on results. Additionally, we provide a restaurant ticket worth €202 per month, 26+7 days of vacation per year, and private health insurance paid by the company.
