Job Title: Dutch Business Developer Representative

Teleperformance Spain is a leading customer experience management company, employing over 4,700 professionals in 10 sites across the country. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Business Developer Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. This role will involve interacting with customers primarily via outbound calls, educating them on our services, and building quick rapport to assess their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, and build quick rapport to assess needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of Dutch.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
