Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with experience in managing teams and driving process improvements. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing sales team performance, and developing scalable onboarding and training processes.

  • Oversee daily operations: Ensure smooth systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Optimize sales team performance: Track KPIs, set goals, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop scalable processes: Create efficient onboarding and training procedures for new hires.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience: In an Operations Director role, preferably in a sales-focused company.
  • Sales process knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales processes and operational management.
