Customer Experience Expert for Fintech Support

David Kennedy Recruitment is collaborating with a leading company in the Outsourcing/BPO sector, which seeks to hire a Customer Experience Specialist proficient in Dutch. The role involves providing excellent customer support services from our offices in Valencia.
Position: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Valencia, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: €40,000 - €55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Showcase exceptional communication skills such as active listening, empathy, and personalization in every customer interaction.
- Guide customers through their inquiries and ensure they receive the best possible solution, resulting in a positive experience.
- Identify and address customer needs, escalating them internally to enhance and/or develop processes.
- Achieve outstanding performance by focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs): Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level).
- Prior experience in finance or hospitality/customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute positively.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tooling.
