The Opportunity

Roche Diagnostics Spain is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia y Baleares areas. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and strengthening Roche's presence and reputation in the region, driving sales growth and expanding our market-leading position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and expand Roche's presence in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure delivery of a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and business risks, and educate the team on these subjects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the healthcare market, with a proven track record of success.
  • Desirable: at least 3 years of experience in the area of sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High negotiation capacity at all levels of key stakeholders within a hospital.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Availability to travel, inside and outside the country.
