About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Representative to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Lenovo's B2B business through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Create and adapt strategic engagement plans for each partner and territory
  • Educate partners on the benefits of Lenovo's portfolio through communication and training
  • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners at all levels
  • Understand and position HCI/SDI solutions, server, storage, and network technology
  • Consistently meet quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Identify opportunities and execute business development plans

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or channel management within the IT industry
  • Deep knowledge and experience with top Spain partners/integrators
  • Proven success in channel sales of solutions (not just products)
  • Ability to work with key sales teams both vertically and horizontally
  • Committed and results-driven
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking IT company
