Job Title: Senior Sales Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Lead to drive business growth and expansion in the Airport IT market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering sales presentations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and sell to new customers, focusing on those with no existing account development.
  2. Participate in the development of the long-term sales plan, including sales forecasting and solution-based proposals.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with top-level executives to identify and qualify business opportunities.
  4. Develop and submit business proposals to meet customers' specific needs.
  5. Coordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up.
  6. Promote and sell products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, events, and road shows.
  7. Deliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate products.
  8. Manage negotiations to closure.
  9. Contribute to marketing intelligence by providing insights collected on sales field.
  10. Provide feedback on customers' reaction regarding portfolio, services, and pricing to Customer Solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 10/12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and hunting new customers.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and/or experience working in a regulated environment with public tenders.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex and matricial environment.
