Job Title

Ambitious Sales Lead for Airport IT Business

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting, negotiating, and selling to customers with no account development
  • Participating in the preparation of the long-term sales plan and definition of sales strategies
  • Identifying and qualifying business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives
  • Submitting business proposals and coordinating RFP/RFI responses
  • Promoting and selling products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, events, and road shows
  • Delivering sales presentations to senior management and demonstrating products
  • Managing negotiations to closure and actively participating in marketing activities
  • Performing market and competitor analysis

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all commercial matters related to accounts
  • Executing and processing operational requests from customers
  • Ensuring customers use Amadeus technology effectively and achieving established performance metrics
  • Cascading information on new product releases to customers
  • Working with Customer Solutions to retain and grow IT portfolio
  • Organizing regular business reviews and deep-dive sessions
  • Collaborating with Commercial Operations to get business cases approved

Requirements

  • At least 10/12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and hunting new customers
  • Travel industry knowledge and/or experience working in a regulated environment with public tenders
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work in a complex and matrixed environment
