About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our success squad, you will own the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion and renewal. Your primary goal will be to drive faster time-to-value and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the complete customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption.
  • Continually driving faster time-to-value and improving the overall experience for our customers.
  • Understanding customer objectives and translating them into actionable outcomes.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and closing deals.
  • Partnering with customers to advise on best practices and ensure they become ambassadors of our platform.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager in a Tech or SaaS company.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with Italian being a significant plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
