Job Summary

The Client Success Manager - Digital Client Success role is a critical position within ADP's Global Payroll Solution and Service capabilities. As an advocate for ADP's message as a world leader in the Global Payroll industry, this individual will drive ADP's message into the client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a client's portfolio of Global Payroll client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Cultivate a trusted-advisor relationship with clients to influence their propensity to partner with ADP.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate ADP Global Payroll solutions and expertise.
  • Address and resolve escalated client issues or concerns.
  • Oversee and support effective and mutually beneficial contract (re)negotiations.
Requirements
  • Degree or Equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or another related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of progressive career experience with demonstrated proficiency in managing a diverse roster of client account relationships.
  • Extensive experience building relationships with clients is essential.
