Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Spain. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a strategic portfolio of 50 accounts in the luxury retail sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Under Armour revenue with the accounts portfolio
- Build relationships and deliver first-class service level towards the accounts
- Negotiate seasonal and yearly budgets with the accounts
- Analyze sell-out data to improve mutual business results throughout the season
- Pro-actively communicate business results to line manager and overcome barriers to achieve objectives
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including annual bonuses and additional allowances. This role requires a strong sales mindset, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a great team spirit. You must be comfortable using digital sales tools to connect and communicate.
