About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at oilandgas. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth in our Robotics AMR team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Service Delivery: Assess gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus, and work with engineers and operations managers to mitigate issues identified.
  2. Track Service Visits: Monitor completion of service visits and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain Competency Database: Maintain and monitor competency and certification database.
  4. Coordinate Resources: Collaborate with other coordinators to ensure System Service Engineers' resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
  5. Coordinate Sales and Execution: Coordinate System Service sales and execution activities.
Requirements
  • Industrial IT Expertise: Knowledgeable and highly skilled in industrial IT solutions and the industrial automation market.
  • Leadership Experience: Ability to demonstrate experience in leading teams, either formally or informally.
  • Technical Skills: Possess an enhanced knowledge of programming languages and architectures, including.net, web skills, Rabbit-Mqtt, SQL, and Angular.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT or similar.
  • Language Skills: At ease communicating in Spanish and English, with other European languages valued.
  • Driver's License: Hold a current car driver's license valid in Spain and permission to live and work in Spain.
