About the Role

The Property Management Service is a key department at The Travel Chapter, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and homeowners. We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our property portfolio, and coordinating with our cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors. You will also be required to assist guests before, during, and after their stay, dealing with any queries or problems they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate timescales for when properties will be prepared and ready to receive guests
  • Coordinate our cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors
  • Manage complaints or feedback around housekeeping standards and oversee the issue until a satisfactory outcome is reached
  • Keep accurate records and ensure administrative systems are updated
  • Head out of the office to meet our homeowners, assist guests, or perform property spot checks

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming team player with previous customer service experience. You should have strong organizational skills, be able to run the administration of our property portfolio to a high standard, and be resilient in dealing with challenges and achieving positive resolutions. Experience in property letting, housing, estates agency, or the travel industry is advantageous, but not essential.
