Service Desk Coordinator

As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce databases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving improvements in master data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce databases
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Drive improvements in master data management
- Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers
- Provide support on customer transactions and analyze key performance indicator results
Requirements
- Desirable experience in similar position
- Proven experience in problem-solving
- Personal: analytical, excellent listener, potential leader, relationship builder, team player, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, versatile
- Technical: high level of knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, MS Excel mandatory
