As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce databases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving improvements in master data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce databases
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Drive improvements in master data management
  • Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers
  • Provide support on customer transactions and analyze key performance indicator results

Requirements

  • Desirable experience in similar position
  • Proven experience in problem-solving
  • Personal: analytical, excellent listener, potential leader, relationship builder, team player, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, versatile
  • Technical: high level of knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, MS Excel mandatory
