">Servicing Needs: The Global Premium Experience (GPX) Team supports the servicing needs of our Premium Merchant, Multi-Currency, and Third-Party Partner segments across the globe. This includes navigating them through Account Setup and advising on the best way to protect their businesses from Disputes.
">Key Responsibilities: As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing memorable servicing experiences for our Merchants. This will involve supporting non-production functions as needed to maintain optimal service levels, flexing across customer segments, processes, and work schedules to support business needs, and resolving merchant and internal partner enquiries/issues efficiently.
">Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need strong critical thinking, time management, and analytical skills. A growth mindset with the ability to take ownership of your own career is also essential. You must embody the American Express vision to provide the world's best customer experience every day.
">Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
