AB Tasty is a global leader in AI-powered experience optimization solutions. Our platform empowers brands to build better experiences on their websites and apps through personalization, experimentation, recommendations, and search.

We are looking for a driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our business development team in Spain. You will gain experience interacting with prospective clients of all levels and in a variety of industries.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner with the Sales team to help fill their sales pipelines and develop your skills. You will research and build new accounts, create and prioritize strategic target account lists, and generate new business opportunities to fuel AB Tasty's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Sales team to help fill their sales pipelines and develop your skills
  • Research and build new accounts
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel AB Tasty's growth
  • Support the Marketing team in organizing events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environment
  • Hunter mentality: strong self-starter personality and ambition
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, Italian is a plus
  • Strong interest in new technologies and desire to be in technology sales
  • Team player
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
