Job Title: Digital Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team and spearhead the launch of Willow360, our innovative cloud-based workflow management solution for B2B businesses.



This role reports directly to the Managing Director, offering a unique chance to shape and drive the success of a cutting-edge product from the ground up.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Take full ownership of planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, web) to promote Willow360 to the B2B market
  • Proactively seeking and identifying new B2B opportunities by targeting relevant businesses through online outreach and digital campaigns
  • Develop marketing content and digital assets, ensuring consistency with company branding and communication guidelines
  • Work closely with the development and marketing teams to refine campaign strategies, optimize messaging, and improve lead quality
  • Convert leads into clients by showcasing Willow360's value through digital content
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports to management
  • Provide ongoing feedback from the market, including customer needs, competitor activity, and product improvement suggestions


Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in both B2B software sales and digital marketing, with a proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Ability to create engaging digital content and marketing materials
  • Strong background in business development, with experience in identifying new market opportunities
  • Experience managing projects and teams is a plus, as this role may grow into a leadership position based on product success
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns. Excel in delivering measurable results, with a particular focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the development and marketing teams and other departments to ensure consistent messaging
