About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Ogury, you will be responsible for actively networking and setting appointments with local business owners to discuss their needs and provide comprehensive digital advertising solutions. Our sales floors focus on identifying new business opportunities, cold calling, and appointment setting. This role will be based in our Madrid office, with a flexible approach to working hours and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of Ogury services to enhance business opportunities.
  • Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth.
  • Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Manage territory through marketing strategies to engage local businesses.
  • Manage and continually update Salesforce with all appointments, pitches, and pending dollars.
Essential Collaboration
  • Identify the interdependencies of the role – both within the team and the organization overall.
  • Each month, be expected to hit budget and could exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers and key influences, cold calling, etc.
  • To be a compromised team player.
  • To execute the job with all the values of the company.
  • Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build partnership by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.

About You
  • A comprehensive background in sales, with a deep understanding of sales skills and tactics, including relationship development and management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience within the Digital industry, bonus if you have experience working within Mobile.
  • Demonstrated collaborator and team player.
  • Actively take a proactive approach in your day to day and think ahead of the curve to provide solutions and value.
  • Strong networking skills and a desire to be actively engaged in the digital market; attending events, client meetings, and more.
