The digital transformation of excursion and activity offerings presents numerous challenges. Hotels often lack the necessary tools, while Global Online Travel Agencies have captured a significant portion of the market. Many local Activity Providers still rely on outdated methods. This is where triggle steps in, offering technological solutions to bring pricing and availability into the digital realm.

With a robust presence in Spain, we are now broadening our reach into additional European markets.

Role Overview

As a Partner Account Manager, you will work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to foster growth and success in your designated area. This position, based at our headquarters, is perfect for individuals passionate about scaling triggle's business and enhancing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage closely with our MTS Spain Commercial Team and other internal departments to ensure the success of both existing and new partnerships, optimizing their performance to meet business objectives. Relationship Development: Cultivate trustworthy and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, promoting a cooperative atmosphere. Account Optimization: Conduct thorough analyses of individual accounts and provide strategic advice to partners through regular communication, assisting them in implementing changes to enhance sales and performance. Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our offerings to provide partners with valuable insights, facilitating effective account optimization and growth. Customer Feedback Integration: Serve as the voice of the customer, delivering continuous feedback to our product team to ensure ongoing product development that aligns with market and partner needs. Destination Expertise: Develop expertise in your designated area, understanding partner characteristics and unique opportunities to maximize sales and support partner success.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry (OTAs, DMCs, etc.) or a related field. Proven account management skills. Strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities, recognize gaps, and provide insights to enhance revenue. A proactive and pragmatic approach, coupled with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently in a structured manner that maximizes efficiency. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with a knack for problem-solving through innovative thinking. Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English (our company language), both written and spoken.
