Spanish Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Customer Service Host to join our team in Ceuta. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class customer service by responding to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chats in first language Spanish and/or second language English where applicable.
- Assist on tasks within other regions by using company translation tools provided, if all tasks on the product you are scheduled to work on have been completed.
- Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
- Process pertinent information into relevant databases.
- Complete tasks assigned during shift.
- Build and manage customer relationships, as well as cross-sell products and services.
- Solve problems during shift.
- Handle and take full responsibility for customer-related queries.
- Manage time effectively and adhere to schedule.
- Perform extra tasks given by managers/shift supervisors as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
- Spanish first language - strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively (read, write, and speak fluently).
- Valid work/residence permit for Ceuta.
- Available for 24/7 shift rotations.
- Completed high school qualification.
- 2 years' work experience post-qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behavior and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
- Be in possession of a degree.
