About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Cepsa Química, S.A. in the role of Intermediates Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the sale of chemical intermediates and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with customers through consistent and quality communication.
- Coordinate interactions with customers from various departments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and relationships.
- Negotiate sales conditions within assigned client portfolios, formalizing contracts and ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans in collaboration with the Marketing and Business Departments.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs, conducting market studies as required.
- Attract and retain new customers, maintaining accurate customer portfolio information and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Management in the preparation and updating of sales plans, budgets, and commercial strategic plans.
- Propose credit lines for assigned customer portfolios and monitor payment behavior, participating in the claiming process as necessary.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent English language skills and ability to travel internationally.
- High-level knowledge of the Office package and CRM management experience.
- Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and take on responsibilities.
- At least 6 years of experience in commercial positions, with knowledge of the chemical/intermediates market an advantage.
