Job Description
This role involves managing and developing our Salesforce CRM platform to enhance business development, marketing operations, client relationships, and sales efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing pipeline data for accuracy and relevance through regular reporting checks and analysis.
- Overseeing contact data cleansing and undertaking data upload activities to ensure data integrity within the system.
- Maintaining price books and delivering self-service reporting for key stakeholders.
- Developing user guides and processes to support effective use of our CRM and CPQ system.
- Ensuring system license allocations, access, and permissions are optimized.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience as a Salesforce CRM Administrator, particularly in implementing Salesforce CPQ and best practices. A strong track record in overseeing integrations, migrations, and automations related to Salesforce CRM/CPQ is essential. Your attention to detail, well-organized time management skills, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills will enable you to excel in this position. We also value your ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. As a bonus, having a high-level understanding of data regulation such as GDPR is desirable.
